Reviews and Ratings
During my stay at the ryokan, I found the experience to be moderately enjoyable but quite pricey for what I received. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a lovely traditional feel. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, and the lack of English-speaking staff made communication challenging. Overall, it can be a decent one-time experience but may not be worth the steep price if you're looking for value.
My stay at the Jinya was absolutely delightful, offering an exquisite experience of traditional Japanese hospitality. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, and the multi-course meals were beautifully prepared and delicious. However, since it's in a remote area, dining options outside of the Jinya are quite limited, and the price for the exquisite meals is on the higher side. Still, I found it well worth the splurge for such a unique experience.
My stay at this ryokan was both unique and memorable, thanks to the serene setting and the thermal waters that provided ultimate relaxation. The experience felt traditional and authentic, but I did find the overall value a bit steep for what was offered. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the dining experience struck me as average, and the lack of English-speaking staff made communication a bit challenging.
The ryokan experience was unique, offering spacious accommodations and a peaceful garden setting. However, the value for money felt lacking, especially with the dining options not meeting expectations for the price. The staff was accommodating, but communication was sometimes a challenge due to language barriers. A bit remote, making it hard to find additional activities nearby.
Staying at Jinya was a beautiful and relaxing experience. The spacious rooms offered a private onsen, and the dining was exceptional, particularly for special dietary needs. However, being in a remote town limits outside food and entertainment options, and while the service was attentive, they do have some room for improvement in communication. All in all, it’s a lovely place to unwind for a night or two.
